Why do we need a report ?

A report contains a list of IDs that refer to Albums that contain images. It is a straightforward method to define what images are to be displayed inside the SharinPix Search Component.

Creating a Salesforce Report and using it inside the SharinPix Search Component provides the following advantages:

• Easy to create

• Less time-consuming to capture a set of records

• Straightforward way to select a particular collection of records using filters

• Able to re-use different reports for different collections of records
